I like everything about the hotel. It is the same as advertised. The staff was exceptionally friendly and caring. The location is fantastic- a 2 minute walk from the beach and in the middle of everything. Beautiful clean room. The view from the top of the hotel is also so beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel. The value for money is unbelievable

will list some details, you decide if it`s a plus or a minus: -5 storey building with an elevator / lift -kitchen is available in the basement floor (limited utensils), as well as washing machine and a dryer -the hotel / room is well-maintained, clean, no bugs -mattress is quite hard, polycotton linens -shower is clean, no mold or bugs, drains well -blackout curtains and net curtains -balcony, no chairs or table -small fridge in the room works fine, tea kettle , no cups -no table or chairs in the room, just like it is stated in the photos -staff is super helpful (i asked for taxi transfer and Ac fix, was done promptly) -you can request housekeeping at your convenience -location is quiet, even though the hotel district is quite large, many properties are empty -hence limited food options around -not crowded surroundings, entertainment just in a Sailing Club, for bars/clubs etc go to the city centre -pool is clean and plenty of lounge chairs/umbrellas free -nearby beach is free but no lounge beds or umbrellas, shade from palm trees -free shuttle bus 2mins walk from the hotel to the city (no shuttle to Sunset ton as of jan `25)

The host is very nice and friendly. The neighbours were rather noisy. Place and beach is nice, but you can’t swim long because something bites you in the water all the time. The water in the swimming pool is very hot because it’s shallow. I missed the table and chair in my room and in the balcony. Not enough places around to have or buy food, etc. So, it’s definitely better rent a car or bike. In general, the place is mostly good and calm. You may sleep at nights))

Excellent place, everything is very clean and nice. Rooms are very stylish and new. A lovely beach is located just next to the hotel. Also there is a wonderful swimming pool. They were very kind, attentive to us and ready to make you feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again !

Amazing place to stay at ! Rooms are very new and clean. Everything is comfortable. Will be back in next time go to Phu Quoc !

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very considerate even willing to help us late at night. Promptly reply all our concern. Very peace and quite place for vacation.

It's very convenience connection from airport to the hotel by shutter bus or taxi. It's quite near the beach. Staffs was nice and friendly. Recommend!
